Sleep Master Deluxe Sleep Mask Review

(ad - Gifted) While I am on the subject of mindfulness, one thing I really can't miss talking about is SLEEP!

If we are wanting out minds to be focused, wanting to have the energy to get on with out days, and wanting to wake up feeling fresh, then sleep is super important.

But a lot of us all struggle to sleep, which really does effect our next day. Thats why I am going to be telling you about products that can help you get a good nights sleep.

Starting with this amazing sleep mask from Sleepmaster

A sleepmask really can be the first step to getting a good nights sleep and you may not even realise it. Some of the common things that keep us awake at night are light and noise. It may be light from the hallway, it might be light from the street lamp outside. Plus did you know that even when your eyes are closed, light can still sneak in? A sleep mask is the perfect thing to help keep that annoying light out. I also mention noise. How can a sleep mask help noise you say? Well this one has special muffling qualities plus comes with ear plugs, which I will talk about more later in the review.

Another factor to no sleep could be that your like me. You may have a messy room and the thought of cleaning it keeps you up at night? Or your phone may light up and simply can't switch off and sleep until you have checked why your phone has lit up. Well with a sleep mask like this one, you won't be seeing those annoying distractions and can fall asleep quicker.

So a little more about the Sleep Master Deluxe Sleep Mask.

Firstly it comes in this little plastic wallet. It may not look the best, but Sleep Master believe that it is more important to make their product better than their packaging by putting more money into making it a quality sleep mask.

Upon opening your sleep mask you will straight away feel the quality of it. It is silky soft and smooth to touch, plus it is lovely and thick and feels as soft and squidgy as a cushion. It is also a lovely unisex colour, which means it is perfect for male or female. The sleep mask is blue but also in some lights can look a bluey green, it really is a lovely colour.

The mask is quite big in size but also adjustable so it will fit all heads. The great thing I find with it is that it seems to go lower than normal masks, making it so light really is fully blocked out.

It is adjusted by velcro at the back which means that you can make it as big or as small as you need it. One size fits all! I also like that it has velcro because then you don't have annoying elastic straps digging in meaning it is super comfortable to wear. I have also always been paranoid about thin straps going around my neck and getting caught if the mask was to fall. So the Velcro is a BIG bonus for me.

The mask also comes with a storage bag to keep your mask in which closes with a drawstring and then also comes with earplugs. The earplugs are soft and squidgy so they can fit into ears nicely. This helps block out all sound. But if you are like me and not a big fan of wearing ear plugs, then the mask itself being so thick also helps muffle sound making your sleep more peaceful.

Another great thing about the mask is that it has a little hidden compartment to place your earplugs when your not using your mask, this means that there is a less chance of loosing them which is a great little added bonus.

The mask even has a cool tip for the hotter weather which is that you can put your mask in its plastic bag and pop it in the freezer, meaning it is nice and cool to sleep in. This is probably not a feature I will need as I am always cold, but it will be great for people who do find summer hard to sleep in.

The Sleep Master Deluxe mask is retailed at £24.95 and is a great investment because they are made to last. If you are looking for a sleep mask then I can definitely recommend this one.

Would you use a sleep mask?

  4. That's a bit out of my price range but I think I need to invest in an "appropriate" sleep mask like this considering my current one is a teddy bear one from Claire's!

  9. This looks like a luxurious sleep mask with a very soft touch. I usually don't wear sleep masks before they irritate my skin. This one seems different though.

  10. I've tried those flimsy style sleep masks that come in pamper packs in the past but always found them uncomfortable as you can't adjust them. I like that this can be adjusted easily.
