(ad) Do you live in the moment? Sometimes I really do, and sometimes I don't. More than anything I tend to find I really don't take a moment for myself.
Well this is stopping now and I have started to read in the moment magazine.
This magazine gives you the perfect opportunity to sit back, relax and take a moment to yourself, a moment of calm, all while reading about other great ways to live in the moment more!
As you may know if you follow my blog, I am currently trying to be more mindful. In the moment magazine is all about Wellness, Mindfulness and Happyness and so it really is the perfect magazine for me this month.

So far in these 2 issues (one which I was sent from In the Moment) I have read about how to be spontaneous, how to escape and recharge, how to boost my mood in winter, how to quieten my self doubt, and how to have a ore positive outlook on life.
The magazines also feature recipes that are great for the body, products that are great for mind and body and soul and also great articles about people who are living their own mindful lives.
The magazine has lovely inspiring pictures inside, ones that make you stop, look and even take a deep breathe with the relaxing scene your laying your eyes upon. January's issue even came with a little free book!
It really is so important for your mind to just stop, and take some moments for yourself and I think reading about how you can make those moments even better are a great idea.
February's issue is now on sale and sounds like it has some great features. Like mindful meditation from India and how to choose goals that bring you joy. I can't wait to get reading the next issue.

You can even subscribe to In the moment magazine saving you a massive 25%, which is something I may do!
So why not grab the next issue, grab a cup of tea, and be inspired about how you can make your life more mindful.
