The first is from the day we went to the paddling pool. Lily was quite clingy that day and wasn't in the mood for paddling, hence the picture of her in my arms in the pool. But I made it as fun as possible for her and eventually got her paddling.
The second picture, I got took because we were doing the exact same as the year before. Were heading out for a meal and I even had the exact same dress on, so I decided I wanted the exact same picture taken as last year only with Lily a year older.
So here is last years and this years photograph.
Hope you like this months mummy and me photographs.
You both look beautiful

Great Mummy and Me Photographs. Would be lovely for Lily if you made up an album / photobook of Mummy and Me photos, as a gift for her.
ReplyDeleteWell Done!

Lovely :- Your idea of taking photographs a year apart. Great for comparison. Lovely to see how much Lily has grown, and changed. Nostalgic, and I'd expect sentimental for yourself and family.

As Lily's hair has grown, you have the opportunity of trying out a much greater variety of styles. She may become interested in trying out a variety of different hair clips, hairbands, etc. So, so much to choose from nowadays. Long hair can be stylish. Yet there are times when practicality is the priority, and there is a need to tie hair back or put hair up ( upstyle :- bun).
ReplyDeleteWishing you all a Wonderful Summer Time.
